One of our industrial customers faced a tight deadline ahead of an important trade show. With only a week to go, they finalized the design for their new manifolds and needed samples produced and coated before the event.
Understanding the urgency, we swiftly reorganized our workflow. By combining processes and utilizing a larger machine, we freed up our 4-axis machine essential for the manifold production. Our reliable metal supplier delivered the required material the next day, allowing us to finalize the CAM programs promptly.
We set up and machined the manifolds within a few days, ensuring they met precise specifications. The parts were then anodized and laser engraved with the customer's logo, all just in time for the trade show.
